Water damage in hallway

This Gainesville home suffered a multiple room water loss due to a broken supply line in one of their bathrooms. This customer was thrilled with our quick response and the short drying time. 

This customers water loss came from a clean water source that typically does not require the removal of flooring or extensive demolition to be performed, however at times flooring may have to be removed due to the amount of water absorbed or the condition of the flooring. Carpeting which is showing signs of de-lamination (when the mesh backing of the carpet begins to separate from the carpet materials) cannot be properly reset after drying.
