SERVPRO Gainesville were awesome! They responded immediately! Cleaned up our water damage and checked on their equipment each day to be sure everything was drying out properly. Very easy to work with and Tyler our project manager was very well informed, could answer all of our questions and clearly explained each step of their processes. Hopefully, we will not need them anytime soon but if we do we certainly will call SERVPRO Gainesville. I definitely give the 5 stars!!!

We had Serv-Pro on site with us at Central Baptist Church for a major mold/mildew remediation project of about 3,000 square feet. They sent a team out to tackle the project, and they all worked HARD and efficiently to get us cleaned up and back in order. This included removing of all ceiling tiles, wipe-down of all walls and existing furniture, mopping, and fogging. Duct-works were cleaned as well. At the end of each day, they cleaned up from their activities so no messes were left. Workers were trained, well-mannered, and obviously hard-workers....NO slouching around! Supervisors kept the work moving. I recommend SERV-PRO to anyone who wants expert remediation work.

On Dec 23rd I was referred to SERVPRO of Gainesville for the 2 inches of water that filled my finished basement. I immediately called and had excellent customer service. They provided me with peace of mind and assured me that my emergency would not wait. By the time I made it home, SERVPRO of Gainesville was already there working. They were extremely professional, answered all of my questions and arrived on time each day. 5 stars all around and I highly recommended!
