Hot water heater bursts

This is a situation every homeowner dread,  coming home from a long day at work and discovering that your hot water heater has burst and your house is flooded. Depending on the type and capacity of your hot water heater you could have dozens or hundreds of gallons of water in your house.  This was the situation this Gainesville family found in their finished basement.  SERVPRO of Gainesville was on-site quickly extracting the affected rooms, removing affected materials and setting drying equipment.  We were able to have the customers structure dry within four days and ready for contractors to replace the removed materials.
